Goatsbridge Trout Farm is a leading provider of premium Irish Trout. They welcome visitors to their eco-friendly working environment and to try their premium fresh and smoked trout.

Established in 1961 in the Irish countryside, Goatsbridge Trout Farm is now a thriving family business. Our products are also available from our online and farm shops and include fresh, smoked, barbecued, tinned, pate and a very special Trout Caviar. Visitors are welcome on farm tours by prior arrangement and can watch the trout at stages from eyed ova in the hatchery until they reach maturity at 20 months in the earthen pond.

Goatsbridge Trout Farm is an award winning provider of premium Irish Trout to hotels, restaurants, caterers, supermarkets and fish wholesalers around the country.
