Slow Roast Sandwiches & Coffee is an independent grab and go sandwich shop. They have a short but simple menu and everything is made with care and attention. They are a passion project turned reality, serving delicious loaded grilled sandwiches. They slow roast their meat in house for eight hours, and the meat and vegetables are sourced locally in Loughrea.
Their bright and happy yellow exterior is only the beginning of the Slow Roast Sandwiches & Coffee experience and all customers are welcome as if they were old friends. They also serve delicious coffee with a smile along with their freshly baked goods which are baked in house each morning. These range from their ever popular Kinder Bueno cookies to their Oreo croissants. Come in early as they run on a sell out basis.
