Mikey Ryan's Bar and Kitchen is a pub and restaurant situated in Cashel, County Tipperary.

Mikey Ryan’s is an Irish Gastro Pub located a short distance from the Rock of Cashel. The ethos is clear wholesome, seasonal, fresh ingredients sourced wherever possible from the locality to create simple dishes, such as ‘Tipp the Plate’ a beautiful charcuterie plate of all things made in the county of Tipperary and includes a glass of locally brewed White Gypsy Ale.

Working directly with local farmers and artisan producers the menu is founded on the culinary principles of freshness. Dishes reflect seasonality and a focus on cooking from scratch, prepared with care to reflect the flavours. Butter, relishes, stocks, mayonnaise, ketchup and sauces are all made in-house along with a selection of bread.

The bar has local and craft beers and spirits along with a carefully selected wine list.

Fires are lit in the winter amid the subtle classic decor set over two floors and in the warmer months Mikey’s benefits from a large garden dining area with a wood fire pizza station and the Horse Box Bar operating in the summer.

Whether you are a local or an international visitor to Cashel, Mikey Ryan’s invites you to enjoy and sample a taste of Tipperary.
