Run by celebrity chef Catherine Fulvio, Ballyknocken Cookery School is an award winning guesthouse and cookery school nestled in idyllic countryside, between the Wicklow Mountains and the Irish Sea.

Ballyknocken Cookery School in County Wicklow has a great selection of one day, weekend and residential courses covering vegetarian cooking, BBQ, southern Italian cuisine and gluten-free cooking to name but a few.

The school puts emphasis on the use of fresh, local ingredients, many of which are grown on the Ballyknocken Farm or sourced from nearby farmers. Ballyknocken is perfect for groups, couples or anyone who wants to improve their kitchen skills. Cook incredible meals under expert guidance and after your class, explore the nearby mountains and rivers on a relaxing walk or hike.

Check out the special packages, many of which include cookery classes and a stay at the beautiful Victorian Ballyknocken Farmhouse, an outstanding bed and breakfast.
