Fergal and Jodie Dempsey are the owners of Wild & Native. Fergal, the chef, carefully chooses the freshest of local produce to serve up masterpieces like blanket sole, whole lobsters, and one of the most popular dishes is simply cooked hake with a lemon and parsley butter.
Jodie is on hand in the restaurant greeting each customer and ready to give on hand advice on food choices and wine pairings.
