Harbour SUP is dedicated to stand up paddle boarding and offers lessons, team building and customised tours. They have two bases, one at Enniscrone Pier, County Sligo, and another at The Quay, Ballina, County Mayo. Both locations provide a full range of boards and paddles to suit all abilities. All instructors are ASI/ISA qualified and hold current first aid and rescue qualifications.

Enniscrone Pier in County Sligo is the perfect place to learn and develop SUP skills with Harbour SUP. The harbour area offers a contained environment, as well as providing shelter from certain wind directions. The bay and beach hold the opportunity for paddlers to further develop their skills in a more open and exposed environment, and to progress onto Surf SUP. Killala Bay has crystal clear waters and a variety of sea life, including seals and dolphins. Experience the coastal area with some amazing paddling between Enniscrone, Killala and The Quay in Ballina, as well as the estuary and Bartra Island. Harbour SUP are happy to tailor custom tours throughout this area and beyond along the beautiful Sligo and North Mayo coastline.

In County Mayo, The Quay Ballina, the River Moy and Belleek Forest Park all combine to make this area one of the most exceptional places for SUP in Ireland. The Quay has a sheltered environment to learn and enjoy this exciting sport. The area is tidal and leading up to high tide, it is possible to paddle upriver beneath bridges, to Ballina Town and the Ridge Pool. The River Moy stretches 10km between The Quay and Enniscrone, and for the accomplished paddler is a wonderful place to tour, downwind, race and explore. Belleek Forest Park offers shelter from the wind, the elements and the most incredible backdrop for any paddle, and brings one closer to nature and the wildlife of the area.

Harbour SUP currently have 24 boards between both locations. All their boards are beginner friendly, smooth and stable. They provide paddles suitable for youths, adults and all clients wear approved buoyancy aids. They can cater for small or large groups offering lessons and specialised tours. Team building sessions are available for schools, sports clubs and groups, birthday parties, stags and hens. Why not ask them about suitable accommodation, food options, alternative activities and places to visit locally.
