Navan Racecourse, near Navan in County Meath, offers an impressive big race schedule, not just trials for big races elsewhere, but lots of races that can stand on their own as important events.

Navan Racecourse, located in the heart of County Meath, is just 5km from the centre of Navan Town and is easily accessible by car or public transport. There is action on the track all year round with the racecourse hosting both national hunt and flat racing.

Highlights include the Navan Racing Festival in November that holds the Grade 2 Fortria Chase and the Bar One Racing Troytown Chase, the William Hill Boyne Hurdle in February and a premier flat fixture featuring the Vintage Crop Stakes in April.

Nothing beats the fun and atmosphere of a day at the races and Navan Racecourse has a full range of suites, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The main grandstand building hosts three suites that offer restaurant quality hospitality overlooking the racetrack, which is perfect for a wide range of party sizes. The larger hospitality suites can cater for groups of up to 220 people which are ideal for parties, fundraisers or corporate events. All areas are wheelchair accessible.

Navan Racecourse prides itself on being a family friendly track. Children under 12 years old go free on race days and there is an outdoor playground with a climbing frame. Baby changing facilities are also available. Navan Racecourse hosts a range of themed race days from Family Fun Day to Ladies Day and also Summer BBQ nights.
