At the Glyde Inn, the newly built restaurant maintains the original charm of the establishment. Its stern and starboard areas offer legendary views of Dundalk bay and the Cooley and Mourne Mountains, while the award-winning chefs provide only top quality locally sourced food.
Quality service is assured and there is catering for up to 100 people at one sitting.
The pub was established in 1770. The proprietors today are Paul and Ann O'Neill, who have built up the business since 1976.
The bar has maintained its original authentic Irish look, untouched and unhurried by the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Traditional Irish music is held every Thursday and Friday nights in the lounge attracting young and old for some craic agus ceoil.
The Restaurant is proud to be a disability friendly.
