The Glyde Inn Beachside Bar & Restaurant, Annagassan, County Louth, was established in 1770 near a famous Viking Longphort called Linn Duachail. Specialising in fresh seafood and seasonal local produce, The Glyde Inn is set in an area of natural beauty, overlooking Dundalk Bay and the Cooley and Mourne Mountains.

The Glyde Inn Beachside Bar & Restaurant is found along the scenic Dundalk Bay, just over an hour from both Dublin and Belfast by car, off exit 15 on the M1 motorway. Run by the O'Neill family since 1976, the bar has remained an authentic Irish pub, while the restaurant has modernised, with a maritime atmosphere.

The staff at The Glyde Inn Beachside Bar & Restaurant strive to create a memorable experience with their Irish hospitality. They specialise in a diverse selection of the freshest seafood from the local waters. Steak, chicken, burgers and wings are also on the menu, with a selection of craft beer, craft ciders and fine iconic whiskeys. The Glyde Inn has previously been awarded National Pub of the Year and Irish Food Pub of the Year.

Entertainment includes traditional Irish music sessions and Viking virtual reality experience, complete with seafood banquet and Viking beer, if you wish.

The intertidal shallows along Dundalk Bay, where freshwater rivers and salt marshes mingle, provide a rich clean habitat for sea life. The sea views and mountains in the background make for a lovely outdoor dining experience.
