A Week of Celebration of Music, Culture and Heritage of West Limerick, concerts featuring world class traditional musicians, workshops and sessions, concerts, art exhibit, Glin walking tour, Forest walk, Wren Band March, and Ceili.
With some of the best Irish traditional musicians performing a tribute concert for Brendan Mulvihill on Sunday and in concert on Friday celebrating Martin and Brendan Mulvihill and West Limerick music, the week days will be filled with music workshops in the morning and in the afternoon, mid-day concerts, traditional sessions every evening, a Wren Band March on Tuesday, a Ceili on Wednesday, a special O'Carolan concert and a singers gathering on Thursday.
In addition, the heritage and culture of Glin and West Limerick will be recognised with exhibits of art, photography and music history, a walking tour of Glin, and a Forest Walk. Register for the whole week or just the workshops or for individual events.
