Roe & Co Distillery is located in the Liberties district of Dublin 8 and is a fully operational urban distillery and whiskey experience.

Step inside the iconic former Guinness power station for a journey into flavour. During your visit you will discover the secrets of the unique blend in Room 106, explore the five pillars of flavour to identify your ideal taste profile, experience a sensorial tasting and cocktail workshop and relax with a cocktail in the Power House Bar.

Roe & Co Distillery are offering an exclusive and immersive Cocktail Workshop Experience accommodating six people per workshop. This experience is tailored for both whiskey connoisseurs and cocktail enthusiasts alike. During your visit, you’ll learn about the rise and fall of Irish whiskey, the history of the whiskey pioneer George Roe and the stories that inspired this whiskey’s modern reinvention. Finally, experiment with flavours and discover how to mix up some of your favourite cocktails alongside your friends.

Roe and Co. Distillery also bring you a cocktail garden pop-up right on site at the Dublin 8 distillery. The Roe & Co Cocktail Village hosts everything from mini-cocktail masterclasses to whiskey tastings. Expect a fun and flavour led seasonal drinks menu with a variety of cocktails and beers to enjoy in these vibrant outdoor spaces.

Please note, the experience is only suitable for people aged 18 and over. Opening hours are 15:00 to 22:00, with last workshop at 20:00.
