Explore the Changing Ireland Galleries with poet Paula Meehan whose poems are on display, and then join a creative writing workshop afterwards.

Join acclaimed poet Paula Meehan for an intimate tour of the Museum’s Changing Ireland galleries, exploring objects through her poetic lens.

Meehan's specially commissioned poems were inspired by objects on display and on the tour, Paula will discuss her poetry and the creative process. The tour is followed by a creative writing workshop led by poet Hazel Hogan, offering an opportunity to write imaginatively and freely. Tea and coffee are included.

This is a free, ticketed event with limited capacity. Tickets reserved via Eventbrite
