Join a Hybrid Talk from Professor Francis Watson and Lauren Randall, PhD candidate, at Chester Beatty this September.

The lecture will reconstruct the colourful early history of the world’s oldest intact Bible, Codex Amiatinus, produced in the Northumbrian monasteries of Wearmouth and Jarrow and sent to Rome as a gift to the pope in c. 716.
