Bundoran Beach is located in County Donegal, just 250 metres off Bundoran town's Main Street. It is a very popular surfing spot and attracts visitors from near and far.

Bundoran is a sandy beach facing Donegal Bay and the Atlantic. With Bundoran’s Main Street only metres away, there are lots of activities to get involved in and many amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants and hotels.

The beach is very popular with surfers, but beginners are advised to be aware of the rocks and reefs, which can be very dangerous, so it is advisable to check with locals.

The Fairy Bridges and Wishing Chair are two enchanting features situated beside the sea at Bundoran, County Donegal. The Fairy Bridges is a natural arch in the cliffs, with blow holes that date as far back as the 1700s. The Wishing Chair is also very popular with visitors, who take advantage of the magical powers of the natural stone chair.

Popular with serious surfers, Tullan Strand is a 2km beach stretching from the north end of Bundoran Town to the Erne Estuary at Ballyshannon.

Walking and hikingThe Rougey Walk

The Rougey Walk is a circular walk taking in views of the Atlantic Ocean from Rougey and Bundoran's bustling Main Street in County Donegal. It is a moderate walk and care should be taken on exposed sections in windy or wet weather.
