Shake and stir up your visit on their cocktail making masterclass, privately hosted in the upper floors within the original distillery buildings. Under the tutelage of a mixologist and using locally sourced ingredients, learn the art and enjoy the craic of creating specially curated cocktails. For the whiskey connoisseur, deep dive into the grain to glass production process on the Discoverer Academy experience, hosted at a training facility located between the Old and New Midleton Distilleries.

The Malthouse Café serves morning pastries, lunch and afternoon snacks. It incorporates an external patio area for visitors to enjoy on dry and sunny days.
