Breakfast is served in the Gulfstream Restaurant each morning which is a wonderful West Cork treat, a choice of the finest foods produced in the region, from local salamis, smoked salmon, cheeses and yoghurts to the delicious sausages, free range eggs and Clonakilty puddings.
The dinner menu is the Gulfstream Restaurant is full of locally sourced ingredients celebrating Cork's many local producers. From Caherbeg Pork, Dinish Island Scallops and Skeaghanore Duck to Ummera Smoked Salmon.
The pastry chefs have also created a tasty selection of delicacies including, a local Bushby strawberry tart, as well as a wonderful selection of Inchydoney ice creams made from local Five Farms Liqueur and the Gulfstream Restaurant's famous Walnut Bread. For the cheese lover, the selection of Munster Cheese is a wonderful end to any meal.
