Join Oonagh guiding Wild Food Walks in County Clare, and share her knowledge and passion of all things wild. Discover many edible types of seaweed, plants, flowers, herbs, berries and fruit. Walks include plant identification, what’s in season, what not to eat, sharing recipes and, of course, tasting the wild bounty.
Wild Food pop up experiences are also created in unusual venues such as a remodelled old school, a Victorian café, an underground glass house or under a canopy on the beach. Lunch and suppers are provided from nature and produce from the award winning Burren Food Trail, that can include a wild food cookery demonstration or creating a fully immersive food experience.
Wild Kitchen is a member of the Burren Eco Tourism network and the award winning Burren Food Trail.
