St. Tola Goat Farm cheeses are representative of the clean, fresh environment of North County Clare, and a visit to the 65 acre farm is both an educational and rewarding experience for visitors. The farm is just south of the Burren and only 30 minutes drive from the Cliffs of Moher.
Tours of the farm and tastings of the St. Tola Goat Cheese can be arranged for groups of all sizes. The farm tour experience includes, a tour of the working farm, learning about cheesemaking, a cheese making demonstration and a tasting of the gourmet St. Tola cheeses. You are also given the opportunity to pet the beautiful goats, see the goats during feeding time and gain a better understanding about sustainable farming. Public farm tours are not available every day and must be pre booked in advance. Private tours can also be arranged by prior appointment.
The range of St. Tola goat cheeses include, St. Tola Log, St. Tola Original, St. Tola Ash Log, St. Tola Greek Style, St. Tola Summer Gold with garden herbs, St. Tola Crottin, St. Tola Karst, St. Tola Divine, St. Tola Gold with chilli and garlic rapeseed oil and the St. Tola Cranberry.
