The Shannon Estuary Way Retreat is an eco well-being centre with indoor and outdoor wellness areas that offers exclusive well-being day retreats that evoke a sense of peace and soul nourishment informed by the surrounding trees, islands, water, and mountains.

The outdoor wellness area includes an eco cedarwood barrel sauna, an eco hot tub, an ice bath and a relaxing lounge area. Guests can absorb the beauty of the lush landscape on reflective nature walks. On arrival, guests are treated to an organic meal with in season, locally sourced produce and refreshments.

Shannon Estuary Way Retreat is 30 minutes from Shannon Airport, 20 minutes from Ennis bus and train station, and 30 minutes from Shannon Ferries.
