The Old Rectory Apartments are located in the beautifully restored court yard of The Old Rectory Bed and Breakfast, a listed building which has been restored to retain the character of the old cut stone Stables, Coach House, Granary and Loft. The four apartments, two ground floor and two upstairs apartments have retained many of the features of the original building. New life has been breathed into this lovely old building which has stood the test of time for nearly 200 years and has a new purpose again.
Holding on to its beautiful character the apartments blend old with new perfectly, with the stone work exposed in areas of all the apartments. These 4* rated apartments have all the modern facilities and necessities of everyday living with the character that can only be provided by time. The buildings are surrounded by magnificent old trees and the property over looks its own lake. There is a hot tub and sauna for your use and boats and bikes for rent. With lots of sitting areas to just relax with a book or enjoy the peace and quiet that surrounds us. There are three two bedroom and one three bedroom apartments with a combined sitting, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with all that is necessary for cooking and has a fridge, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, TV and DVD player. There is a separate laundry room for all the apartments. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and one of these bathrooms has disabled access in the two ground floor apartments. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. There is a welcome pack provided for your arrival.
