Irish National Opera’s new production stars soprano Amanda Woodbury as Violetta, the young woman who defies convention for the sake of true love. The critically acclaimed cast also includes tenor Mario Chang as Alfredo and baritone Brett Polegato as Alfredo’s father Giorgio Germont. Verdi's emotionally charged score, which includes instantly recognisable favourites like "Brindisi" and the hauntingly beautiful "Addio del passato" is conducted by Killian Farrell.
La traviata is directed by Olivia Fuchs and features the Irish National Opera and Irish National Opera chorus.
