Freedive Ireland is the original Irish Freediving school. The first ever to open in Ireland it exists to bring people closer to the Ocean, closer to how they interact with the liquid environment and closer to how well they know themselves. Using autogenic relaxation techniques, through meditation and mindfulness many students easily achieve performances they previously thought impossible. Strict adherence to safety rules and training means everyone including those who made have had a fear of water learns at their own pace and to their own style.

Freedive Ireland is blessed to call the Wild Atlantic waters home. Based in Mullaghmore Sligo , Freedive Ireland also runs courses through out the country. Ireland is an Island after all with the Wild Atlantic never far away.
